    Domaine Chandon from California is an extremely light sparkling white wine. This wine is crisp and refreshing, and the sparkling aspect really gives you a boost. This wine has a pale lemon color, with aroma and flavor characteristics of pear and green apple. This is a dry wine with high acidity and would pair nicely with a lightly floured bone-in chicken breast, sautéed with lemon, butter, and capers.
