  2. nv Kourtaki Samos AOC Muscat 15%

Samos sweet white wine is made from Muscat grapes and is a product of Greece. This bright golden yellow wine has elegant aromas and tastes of honey, apricots, and delicate floral notes, with extra tastes of golden raisins and peach jam. Even though this wine is sweet it will not overpower your palette and is enjoyed with semi-sweet crème brulee or a light panna cotta.

  3. 2008 Greek Wine Cellars Moscofilero Mantinia AO (Peloponesse) 12%

Moscofilero light dry white wine is a product of the Peloponnese. It has a light pale yellow color with crisp lemon, green apple, and a hint of floral on the nose. On the palate it is exceptionally delightful and refreshing with citrusy qualities. This wine would go wonderfully with a sautéed bay scallop appetizer seasoned lightly with a hint of lemon butter served with a micro green salad on the side.

  4. Commanderia AOC Cyprus 15%

Commandaria, an Amber dessert wine from Cyprus fills the nose with notes of molasses, dried stone fruit and vanilla, and on the palate explodes with flavors of chocolate, toasted hazlenut, and brown butter. Try this with warm smoked ricotta, roasted figs and a hazelnut puree.

  5. Kourtaki "Retsina" Attica TA 11.5%

Retsina of Attica, a white table wine from Greece, this wine has a crisp acidity with a medium to light body. The notes of pine in the wine promote herb sents of rosemary, sage, and bay leaf, with a light lemon finish remond me of an Italian dish rathe thatn a Greek one, Saltimboca, Pan seared chicken breast simmered in a white wine sage sauce with a drop of fresh lemon added at the end.

  6. 2008 Greek Wine Cellars Moscofilero Mantinia AO (Peloponesse) 12%

Moscofilero light dry white wine is a product of the Peloponnese. It is clear, yet has a pale lemon color. You get light hints of green apple, pear, citrus and a bit of floral on the nose. On the palate it is very delicious and refreshing with its green apple and citrusy flavors. In my opinion this wine would go perfectly with a fresh grilled flounder cooked with lemon, butter, and capers and pared with a side of rice pilaf.

  7. 2008 Greek Wine Cellars Moscofilero Mantinia AO (Peloponesse) 12%

Moscofilero is a white grape variety from Peloponesse. Has a clear brilliant light yellow appearance. Aromas of bright green apple, white peach, and hints of floral. This wine is light bodied dry with crisp acidity. Citrus fruit mostly lemon, floral, and honey delight one's palate. I've chosen to pair this wine with a calamari ceviche to compliment the acidity in both the food and the wine.
